    Loved our stay in this hotel. Travelled with our family members, spent 2 nights here and had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, overlooking city. A casual restaurant was an advantage.

    Value for money. Good breakfast.

    Airport limosinebus took much too long time from this hotel due to multiple stops. Faster/Better to go via nearby hotels with more daily departures and less stops underway.

    Good location, with easy access to subway / JR rail stations. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Buffet breakfast had a mixture of Japanese and non Japanese options. Guest lounge and internet station are nice and quiet

    Rooms were small, even in comparison to other hotels during our Holiday in Japan.

    Beautiful hotel with very good amenities. Loved the city view from the window. Me and my husband enjoyed the romantic feel of the hotel. The 24 hr lounge was very convienant and we enjoyed it immensely.

    The room was too small and paying for the television was too expensive. The mattress was uncomfortable

    Safe and clean place, extremely friendly staff from reception to waiting staff to housekeepers. Comfortable room with juice good place, mini bar SAFE plus brilliant views.

    Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

    The lounge offered complimentary drinks each evening, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. Our room had a lovely window seat, ideal for enjoying the city skyline at night.
